A leading global construction consultancy requires a director level candidate to head up the Middle East offices for leading global consultancy.
The role will be based in the UAE
Skills and experience required:
* Construction related university qualification
* Ideally a professional chartership
* Extensive experience in the Middle East
* Successful track record in project delivery within the infrastructure or property sector, ideally both.
* Proven experience in team leadership and management.
* Commercial / corporate ethos
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Excellent client management skills
* Excellent capability to manage, coach and support team members
